First Christian Church

We at First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) invite you to join us on a spiritual journey where together we discover God's purpose for our lives. We encourage people to ask the hard questions so that together we might hear what God is saying to us through other people.

Our only purpose here is to make disciples of Jesus. We aim to do that by providing:

Relevant and inspiring worship
Bible Study that impacts our lives

Inclusive fellowship opportunities for Women, Men, Youth and Seniors
Life-transforming ministry opportunities

As members of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) we believe:

In the one God, creator of the universe
In Jesus, God's Son, who lived, died for our sins and rose again that we might have a personal relationship with our Creator
That at the communion table we encounter the presence of the Living Jesus
That God has a plan for each of our lives
That God calls each of us into ministry to the world
That God has given us the gift of the Holy Spirit that we might have the power to do what God has called us to do
That the purpose of the church is to increase our love for God and humanity by making us into disciples of Jesus

Rummage Sale

We will be working to reschedule the rummage sale sometime in April. (It's a good thing this past Saturday was cancelled with all the rain we had later in the day).

We still need lots of good "junk" - so search around - tell your family and friends!
